💡 What You'll Learn

This guide will walk you through exporting data from Eduphoria, analyzing it in the TEKS Performance Analyzer, and exporting grades back to Home Access Center.

Step 1: Export Data from Eduphoria

Navigate to Analysis → Quick Views

Log into Eduphoria and find the assessment you want to analyze.

Select Your Assessment

Use the filters (Years, Grades, Subjects, Test Types) to locate your specific test.

Choose "Student Learning Standard Breakdown"

From the dropdown menu, select Student Learning Standard Breakdown.

Export to Excel

Click the Export to Excel button and save the file.

💡 Pro Tip

You can export multiple assessments and combine them in the TEKS Analyzer to see overall student performance!

Step 2: Upload to TEKS Analyzer

Select Subject and Grade Level

Choose your subject (RLA, Math, Science, or Social Studies) and the appropriate grade level for correct STAAR thresholds.

Upload Your Eduphoria File

Click Choose File and select the Excel file you exported.

Optional: Upload Additional Tests

Upload more files to see combined performance across multiple assessments!

See class-wide statistics, performance distribution, TEKS mastery chart, and bubble chart.

Students Tab - Color-Coded Cards

  • 🔴 Red = Does Not Meet
  • 🟡 Yellow = Approaches
  • 🔵 Blue = Meets
  • 🟢 Green = Masters

Step 5: Export to Home Access Center

Navigate to Grading & Reports Tab

Click on the Grading & Reports tab.

Click "Export Grades (CSV)"

This generates a CSV file with Student ID and Score columns for HAC.

Import to HAC

  • Choose your CSV file in HAC
  • Set Student ID Column Number: 1
  • Set Score Column Number: 2
💡 Multi-Period Support

HAC skips students not in that period's gradebook. Use the same CSV for all periods!
